Here We Go Again!!!!

Hey FellaZ!

First of all I would like to express my apologies towards all of you for keeping you waiting so long to hear from me...
I've been through a lot, good times, bad times. Most of my time i was sleeping or working. And of course you know very well how lazy I am.
Once again, I'm sorry.

Now, the things you've all been waiting for, for so long:

XD I don't even know where to begin, I've experienced so many things... first of all as you all know, I've been to the carribeans, and then went back to Southampton.
And we were off to our World Cruise 2012 together with Queen Mary 2. Long long sea days, spiced up with some rough sea of course, great fun. At that time,
I was still working in Lido, more precisely, on the sandwich station, which was quite boring and unprofessional XDDD.

New York

Yes! We've made it across the Atlantic without any fuck ups, and finally got to the land of the free (?). We've been through quite a lot of stress. In the Us, or in US
waters, we have very strict regulations, regarding food preparation, storing, consumption etc. (USPH). But we had no trouble with that part at all, in Lido we
have a great team.

So after the immigration check we were free to go ashore, so we did! We spent an amazing night in the very heart of the Big Apple! There's not much to say,
it's really a city just how you would expect it to be. Bright, tall and full of McDonalds XD. The best thing about being to NYC is actually the felling to actually be
there.

After NY we've been to Florida which was a huge disaster, cuz last time the immigration officer didnt stamp my I95, which is a required legal document that we need
to set foot on US ground... So I could go out, and also it made my night in NY illegal ( ! ). Another problem about this was, that the Szabó family was waiting outside
for me desperately with shit loads of stuff :(((((

After Florida we went to Hawaii where also I had to stay onboard thanks to the above mentioned... And basically the upcoming couple of ports it was like that. I
can't express how upset I was. Then finally we quit US waters and arrived to Mexico

Cabo San Lucas

CSL was the first port when again I could go out, and it was a wonderful day! I already got transferred to another station in Lido, different time schedule, different
job. But a good one! actually the best shift I've ever done onboard. I was doing the breakfast, and lunch service (also live in front of the guests like on the sandwich
station, but this time I was grilling different types of fish and meat, so more action, and thank god, I felt like a chef again XDDDD.

Cabo San Lucas is a wonderful place, the food is excellent, so are the drinks :). True mexican style. Corona beer, Tacos, Burritos, Tequila, cigars etc...
The beach was astonishing, so we really had a good time there.

My shift that time: I started 5 in the morning and I finished at 5 in he afternoon. Great! And the best thing was if I asked for a lunch off, I finished at 12:00 and no more
work for the day! Priceless...

After Mexico we were of towards the unknown. A part of the world that I didn't know much about. Exciting.

But the real deal was still ahead: Fiji

Fiji

Wow! Fiji is just amazing. Great shopping opportunities, and amazing beaches. Terrible hot weather ofcourse :)))
We went to the best beach available, (the 7th best beach in the world they say). Well I don't know if it's true, but me, who's not really fan of beaches, I was really
amazed, and enchanted. It was a true paradise, the photos are on my FB page, I think you all agree with me.

Then we were off towards the Downunder, Australia.

New Zealand

Well NZ is also a must I guess. It's really expensive, but the cities are awesome. I went out in Auckland, and I'm quite happy to have done that. Auckland is very
clean, the weather is hot and the people are very friendly. Also the beer is excellent, not to mention the hospitality in the bar XD

Sydney

Hmm :) Sydney is a wonderful place. Watching the sun rise when we were docking next to the theatre... Wow! Then we went out in the afternoon, had couple of
beers, did some shopping etc. Really nice place. Also very clean, and expensive. But it worth it. Second afternoon we went to the movies with one of my fellas,
Adam. We watched the Safe House with Denzel Washington. Good one. And we just missed the Star Wars 3d :(.

Back to the ship off to Wellington and Melbourne.

Not much time there, we just had a few beers and that was it. Fuckin early sail aways....

Off to China!!!

Hong Kong

Well so far, the best port! Seriously! The City is just like New York, but the ambiance is much better and they have several huge markets, including the night market
on Temple Street. All the big brands are available in their numerous Shopping Malls and Shops on the streets. Lots of blackmarket opportunities as well. The food
is just amazing. Fresh seafood chosen and cooked on the spot for absolutely no money... I could talk about HK for ages....

Now we're in Vietnamean waters sailing towards Thailand.

My shift has changed, I'm in Lido production now. I'm the RoastMan XD. I'm responsible for the preparation and cooking for all the meat going to be served on the
line. Bigger responsibility, great chance to learn, Finally a real chefs job.

Today we're in Hamburg finally! And I'm pleased to confirm, that my grandparents, my mom and his boyfriend were here!!!

Superhappy to have seen them, and also they brought me all the stuff i forgot at home XDDD.

Fantastic few hours we've been through, priceless...
